Emails are handy for managing departments or teams. Or maybe you need a separate inbox for sending “very important” emails.

How to setup an email account on cPanel


  • Login to the cPanel dashboard. You are able to log in using the button on the web hosting package.

  • Once logged in, Head down over to the “Email” category and select “Email Accounts”.

  • Click the orange “Create” button. This will open a form for you to fill out regarding the email account. You will need to fill in the following:

  • Password - The password to login for the email account.

  • Storage (OPTIONAL) - Set the max amount of storage in which the email account can use up

  • Create folders for plus addressing - Automatically creates a folder when the email address receives a message that uses plus addressing

  • Finally, Click the “Create” Button.

  • To log in to the email, Simply click the “Check Email” button.

  • You are able to choose what email web client you would like to choose. The default client is “Roundcube”. Once selected, click “Open”.

  • You can now send emails to others!
