Gift cards are very handy if you would like to buy some in-store credit for your friends and family. They are easy to purchase and redeem. In this article, We will show you how to purchase a gift card and how to redeem a gift card.

How to purchase a gift card

• Start by going onto the billing dashboard.

• Click on “Services” at the top of the nav bar. It should open a dropdown list. On the dropdown, click “Order New Services”

• Under the “Category” list, click “Gift Cards”.

• Select the gift card of your choice. Ranging from $5 to $100. Click “Order Now”.

• Follow the instructions to proceed with the purchase.

• Once purchased, an email is sent out regarding the gift card. It will mention needing to open a ticket to receive the gift card code. Please do so and follow the instructions in the email.

How to redeem a gift card

• Start by going onto the billing dashboard.

• On the top right-hand side corner, click on “Hello, ”. A drop down menu should appear. After that, Click “Redeem Gift Card”.

• Enter the Gift Card code in the input box and click “Redeem Gift Card”.

• If the Gift Card is valid, a success message will show up notifying you that it has worked.
