How to change your Ark Server to PVE or PVP

Head over to the File Manager and navigate to the GameUserSettings.ini file which can be found at /ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/

Then you will want to add ServerPVE=TRUE under the Category Server Settings. You will have to manually add this line to your server.

Once that's added, save and restart your server. If you ever want to switch back to PVP you will remove ServerPVE=TRUE and restart the server.
