How to add a sub domain to a Domain on cPanel


  • Login to the cPanel dashboard. You are able to log in using the button on the web hosting package.

  • Once logged in, Head down over to the “Domains” category and select “Subdomains”.

  • Here you are able to see some forms which you will need to fill out. Under the “Create a subdomain” box, there are 3 form boxes.

  • Domain - The domain to which you would like to apply this subdomain to.

  • Document Root - Where the subdomain website files are located at

  • Click “Create”. The subdomain now exists and is accessible in the web browser.
