How to activate the default settings on your Sons of the Forest server

Accessing your server configuration

You can find the main configuration of your server in the

Files > serverconfig

section of your server control panel.

• Access your control panel and stop your server.

• Go to /home/container/serverconfig/dedicatedserver.cfg

Changing your server configuration

Once you have access to your server configuration, you can make the necessary changes. The table below lists all available server configurations.

Game Mode | Sets the server difficulty when creating a new save, this will not be used if an existing save file is loaded. The options are: Normal, Hard, Hard Survival, Peaceful, Custom |

In this context, select Custom.
